Raiffeisenbank Kuchl-St. Koloman, Bankstelle Kuchl
Kelim - the content management platform for digital signage and more. Our expertise in the field of business software, coupled with years of multimedia know-how, has resulted in Kelim, a successful symbiosis of technology and design. A first application of the product in software and hardware can be found in the Raiffeisenbank in Kuchl.
At first glance, this digital installation at Raiffeisenbank Kuchl looks like a normal digital poster. But there is much more to it than that. Behind it is the digital signage software KELIM, which we developed ourselves and which is used in many of our customer projects. Content can be easily exchanged via an online portal and information about the current status of the screens and the content running on them can be viewed. So much for the basic functionality - but what makes the solution unique is the interaction with visitors.

Interaction via QR codes
Using QR codes, which can be positioned anywhere on the content displayed, users can take content (property advertisements, brochures etc.) home with them and at the same time quickly access existing online services. Every time a QR code is called up, it is stored anonymously and shows Raiffeisenbank employees which content is particularly popular and which may be superfluous. This can also be used to determine how much customer traffic there is in the branch and how opening hours and services can be optimised to provide a better service at lower cost.

Targeted advertising
If desired, this system can be expanded to include a camera that anonymously determines the age of visitors and, for example, shows young people a youth account and offers investments to older customers. This also has two advantages: Customers are more likely to see what is relevant to them and branch employees receive anonymous analyses of customer flows in the bank (when do which age groups visit the bank branch?).

A modular system
This solution is packaged in a customised housing made in Austria. Special attention was paid to sustainability here - if a component, i.e. a sensor, the screen or the media player, is defective, it can simply be replaced. The replacement part does not even have to be identical. The colour, the milled logo and which sensors are used can be freely selected by the customer.
